The One Year Performance Warranty* Certificate must be generated within 30 days of purchase and should be kept safely to claim warranty benefits in the future.

Option 1 – For Non-Serialized Products

The One Year Performance Warranty* Certificate for non-serialized products can only be generated upon submission of a valid GST Invoice. Otherwise, the Standard Performance Warranty of 10 years will apply against the provisional warranty certificate.

• Usage of non-standard acidic cleaners, detergents, or abrasive scrubs.
• External or internal deposition caused by high TDS, sand, rust, debris, or granules in water.
• Improper installation.
• Consequential loss or damages, including acts of natural disasters.
• Reinstallation costs arising from defects of non-standard parts.
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
• Any breakage resulting from mishandling or misuse.
• Malfunctioning due to voltage fluctuation in electronic components.
• Applicable technician visit charges for non-covered conditions.
• Any in-person on-site support for new installations.
